Raised in a small town, Will was shaped by the values of service, accountability and respect. These principles guided his early career as a state bank examiner and now define his work as a partner in a small business in the mortgage industry. Trained to uphold the highest standards of independence and integrity, Will brings both financial expertise and government insight to his council role.
Will graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Will, his wife Jennifer, and their two children are deeply rooted in the Roswell community, actively engaging in city life through youth sports and volunteer initiatives. Service is a family tradition, with the Morthland family often seen volunteering together at community events, cleanups, and local projects.
